This salad is one of my favorite, when I was pregnant I ate this almost every day. This salad is great to make in advance, or bring to a holiday party and can be refrigerated for a week or so. I got this recipe from my mother in law.
There is no measurements required, you can make it how ever you like it and how much of it you want. Make equal quantities of everything
Ingredients:
4 Green tomatoes Or tomatoes that are firm
4 Small colorful bell peppers sliced
1 Carrots sliced
1/2 Red onions sliced
3 table spoons Parsley
2 Garlic cloves pressed
2 tea spoons of Salt
1 tea black Pepper
1 tea spoon sugar
1 table spoon Chili paste ( or Georgian adjika)
1/4 cup Vinegar
Refrigerate for 1-2 days for best taste result
