Creamy Beef Chili

1 can 1lb 12 oz can of Diced Fire Roasted tomatoes

1 can 15 oz corn

2 cana 15 oz black beans

1 can or garbanzo beans ( optional)

8 cups of water

2 cups of tomato sauce

2 pieces of steaks chopped or your favorite beef

1 tea spoon paprika

1 tea spoon coriander

1 tea spoon cumin

1 tea spoon chili spice

Salt

Pepper

1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce ( embasa brand 7 oz can, use one pepper )

1-5 slices of jalapeño ( canned or fresh ) depends how spicy you want your chili

Half of yellow onion

3 garlic cloves

1 package of 8 oz cream cheese

Toppings

Squeezed lime wedge

Cheddar cheese

Avocado

Cilantro

Corn chips

Sauté meat , add onions , garlic, spices. When onions are soft add fire roasted tomatoes, 4 cups of water. Salt and pepper to taste . Add jalapeños and chipotle pepper. Cover and simmer for 30 min. Add beans, corn and cook for additional 30 min. Turn off the stover add cream cheese mix well till all dissolved and serve with toppings.
