Ingredients:
- 5 Potatoes
- 4 Chicken thighs
- Mushrooms
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 of a Cabbage
- Garlic
- 4 tea spoons Dill
- 2 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Tomato Ragu
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 chicken bullion cube
Instructions:
Pre heat oven to 350
- Sauté chicken thighs, season with salt and pepper
- Add Fine chopped onions , pressed garlic, sliced mushrooms, and shredded cabbage. Sauté until veggies are tender.
- Add Ragu , heavy cream, chicken bullion cube and dill.
- Cut each potato in 4 pieces with skin off and spread on a deep baking dish
- Pour the the chicken Ragu mix over the potatoes, season well again with salt and pepper
- Make sure the liquid is covering all the potatoes if needed add water
- Bake for 30 min with foil on , remove the foil mix all the potatoes and bake for additional 20 min
- Once cooked serve with a touch of sour cream and fresh dill
