Leftovers Transformation! Using Tomato Basil Soup


This Dish is perfect!! And so easy! Going from lunch to dinner and no one will know you used your left over soup. This also great for smart meal planning and not throwing away your left overs .

I made so much of Tomato basil soup and was thinking what can I do with it so I make a fast shrimp and mussel stew . Here is what I did.

Ingredients:

Leftover Tomatoe Basil soup

Hot Old Bay Seasoning

1 beer

1 bunch of Cilantro

Shrimp

Mussels

Instructions: couldn’t be easier throw all into your pot of tomato basil soup stir, add the seasoning to taste. wait till it boils and all seafood is cooked. Serve with toasted bread
