Banana Puff Pastry Tart

1 sheet of puff pastry

3 bananas

2 table spoons brown sugar

Half stick of butter

2 table spoons of almond flour or chopped almonds

Vanilla ice cream

Caramel sauce

  1. Cut out 4 small round tart shapes
  2. Press the puff pastry onto mini tart pans and assemble sliced bananas
  3. Heat butter and brown sugar until sugar dissolves.
  4. Pour the sugar syrup all over bananas
  5. Sprinkle with almond flour
  6. Bake 375 for 20 – 25 min
  7. Serve with scoops of ice cream and caramel sauce
