1 sheet of puff pastry
3 bananas
2 table spoons brown sugar
Half stick of butter
2 table spoons of almond flour or chopped almonds
Vanilla ice cream
Caramel sauce
- Cut out 4 small round tart shapes
- Press the puff pastry onto mini tart pans and assemble sliced bananas
- Heat butter and brown sugar until sugar dissolves.
- Pour the sugar syrup all over bananas
- Sprinkle with almond flour
- Bake 375 for 20 – 25 min
- Serve with scoops of ice cream and caramel sauce
