This is a great marinade for bone in beef. I used a pressure to cook my meat and in 35 minutes the meat was so juicy and tender.
Ingredients:
Red wine
Olive oil
Creole Seasoning
Montreal Steak seasoning
Bay leaf
Beef
Instructions:
Season your meat with steak seasoning and creole seasoning ( be careful not to over season, both seasonings have salt . ) put the meat either in a gallon plastic bag or a deep dish pour red wine and olive oil over it and bay leaf. Mix well. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Before roasting the meat sauté on each side , if you are grilling it there is no need to sauté. If using a pressure cooker follow instructions on the pressure cooker handbook
I also serve my meat with sliced pickled onions. Which has onions, salt , pepper, parsley and vinegar
