Breakfast: Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Cottage cheese pancakes:

1 cup flour

1 cup cottage cheese

3/4 cup of milk

1/2 cup sugar

1 1/2 tea spoons baking powder

1 egg

2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients together and set aside for 5- 10 min

Cook on a non stick pan or a griddle at low heat. Serve with your favorite jam ( heat your jam a little so it can be easily poured over pancakes )
