4 Chicken thighs
1/2 stick butter
Tony’s Creole Seasoning
3 Garlic cloves
1 carrot shredded
1 chicken bullion cube ( stock packet)
1/2 bunch of cilantro ( if you don’t like cilantro use parsley)
I use a Cast Iron Pot for this.
Cut chicken into chunks, sauté chicken with butter, onions , garlic and carrots. Season with creole seasoning and pepper.
Once the chicken has crispiness to it add potatoes, chicken bullion cube. Pour enough water in the pot just to cover the potatoes. Cook for 20-30 min . Once potatoes are cooked add cilantro and mix well.
