Ingredients:
2 ribeye Steaks
Rosemary
3 garlic cloves
Montreal Steak Seasoning
2 table spoons of butter
Olive oil
Heat a pan with olive oil. Season each steak with Montreal seasoning. When. The oils is hot put steak on the pan. Add rosemary and crushed garlic. Add butter. Cook steak 3 min on each side constantly pouring oil juices over the steak. Cover the steak with foil and let it rest for 7-10 min before slicing. Having the steak rest preserves juices. Use the finger trick for testing the steak for it to be cooked just the way you like it . I prefer my steak medium rare.
