This is a big portion of crepes , you can cut the recipe in half or what I like to do is make half stuffed with sweet cream cheese and other half with savory meat. I will also post a savoring filling recipe on my blog.

Ingredients :

10 eggs

2 cups of milk

1 cup water

5 table spoons of melted butter

1 tea spoon of salt

1 tea spoon sugar

2 cups of flour

1 package cream cheese

1 cup of cottage cheese

1/2 cup sugar ( you can add more if you want it more sweet )


Beat eggs add all the rest of the ingredients. Use a sifter to catch Any flour lumps for a silky smooth batter.

Heat skillet and cook your crepes.

Mix together soft cream cheese , sugar and cottage cheese. Roll your crepes. Before serving I heat the crapes and serve it with jam over them.
