Smoked Chicken Drumsticks

1 package of chicken drumsticks ( 14 approx)

2 Litters water

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup salt

3 t spoons pepper or how much u like

5 bayleaves

4 t spoons garlic powder

2 tb spoons soy sauce

1 t spoons fennel seeds

2 t spoons Coriander

Combine all the ingredients in a pot and bring it to a boil. Remove the pot from heat and cool the liquid completely. Throw chicken in the pot and marinade it over night or 12-15 hours in the refrigerator. Drain the marinade and pour water in the same pot, boil chicken for 5 min. Remove the chicken, let it cool and pat it dry. Place the chicken in the smoker at 275 degrees for 1 Hour. Can be served hot or cold.
