Ingredients:
Small Yellow potatoes
Butter
Olive oil
Rosemary
4 cloves garlic
Creole Seasoning
Instructions:
Boil potatoes till cooked and drain the water.
Heat deep skillet with olive oil and butter, add potatoes to hot skillet. Cook on one side till golden brown, flip potatoes. Add rosemary, garlic and season with creole seasoning. Keep flipping to each side till each side gets golden crisp color.
