Chicken Breaded Skewers


2 lbs of chicken thighs

4 eggs

1 cup Italian bread crumbs

1 cup of panko bread crumbs

3 tea spoons spoon creole seasoning

Wooden kebab sticks

Canola oil ( or any unflavored oil ) for frying


  1. Beat eggs and add your seasoning.
  2. Cut chicken in cubes.
  3. Fill each wooden stick with chicken.
  4. Dip in egg mixture and than Italian bread seasoning.
  5. Frying on each side in Canola.
  6. Cover and bake in the oven at 350 for 15 min on a baking sheet.
