2 lbs of chicken thighs
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 cup of panko bread crumbs
3 tea spoons spoon creole seasoning
Wooden kebab sticks
Canola oil ( or any unflavored oil ) for frying
- Beat eggs and add your seasoning.
- Cut chicken in cubes.
- Fill each wooden stick with chicken.
- Dip in egg mixture and than Italian bread seasoning.
- Frying on each side in Canola.
- Cover and bake in the oven at 350 for 15 min on a baking sheet.
