Apple and Raspberry Muffins
These muffins are perfect for morning breakfast with a cup of coffee and supper easy to make.
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1/3 cup regular sugar
- 2 tea spoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 apples thinly cut
- 1 1/2 cups of frozen raspberries
- 1 tea spoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
Pre heat oven to 375
Cream together soft butter and sugars.
Slowly add eggs, one by one.
In separate bowl combine flour and baking powder.
Alternating add flour and milk to the mixer.
Turn off mixer, mix in apples and raspberries.
Prepare 12 muffin tins in a Muffins pan. Fill 3/4th full.
Bake for 35 min
Let the muffins cool and place in a serving platter.
