Panna Cotta two ways

Coffee Hazelnut Panna Cotta

Ingredients:

1 cup of milk

1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream

1 cup of Nutella

1 package of gelatin

Or 1 table spoon

2 table spoons cold water

2 spoon of espresso powder

Nuts for topping

Instructions:

In a sauce pan heat milk and heavy cream. Add espresso powder and Nutella, mix till Nutella is dissolved.

In a separate bowl pour two table spoons of cold water and sprinkle your gelatin. Let it sit for a min till all the gelatin dissolved.

Add your gelatin to Hot milk mixture, mix for few minute till gelatin is all dissolved with milk.

Pour your Panna Cotta mixture into glass that you wanna serve in. Refrigerate it for couple hours or until hardened. The coffee crumbs will rise up. When it hardens you can top it with nuts

Vanilla Panna Cotta

Ingredients:

1 cup of milk

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup of sugar

1/2 tea spoon vanilla paste ( u can use vanilla extract)

2 packets of gelatin

1/4 cup of cold water

Instructions:

In your 1/4 cold water sprinkle gelatin and let it sit for a min or two.

In a sauce pan heat your milk and heavy cream. Add sugar and vanilla. When the sugar is dissolved and your milk is almost boiling add gelatin and mix for few min.

Pour into the glass that you want to serve in. When it hardens top it with fresh fruit or jam of your juice.

You can also make a double layer vanilla and coffee one make sure you make one let it harden than make your second layer.
