Fresh Trout with skin on
Chinese All Spice
Vegetable oil for frying
2 tea spoons of butter
5 min brown rice
2 tea spoons chopped Cilantro
1/2 lime squeezed juice
1 cup chopped pineapple
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 bell pepper chopped
1 table spoon hot sauce
1/2 cup Yoshida sauce ( can be found at Costco )
Instructions: clean your fish. Take out all the guts and remove any scales.
Heat a large pan with vegetable oil.
Slice lines on each side of the fish. Season each side with creole seasoning and all spice.
When the pan is really hot fry your fish. Cook for several min on each side till your skin is crunchy.
Meanwhile cook your 5 min rice according to instructions. Add 1 tea spoon of butter and garlic salt to taste. Add chopped cilantro and half squeezed lime
In a separate skillet sauté all your veggies with a little bit of butter add Yoshida sauce and hot sauce.
Serve your veggie sauce over fish or on the side and wish two scoops of cilantro rice.
