Crispy Buffalo and BBQ Wings

You will see in a lot of my chicken recipe I brine it in liquid over night. Main reason for that is I do not like store bought chicken I know they put so much stuff in it, so if it stays in liquid over night it lets out all the toxins or what ever it might have. This is just something I do.

Brine Ingredients:

  • 1 medium size bag of frozen wings mix
  • 1 LT water
  • 3 bay leafs
  • 1 table spoon coriander
  • 3 bay leafs
  • 2 tea spoons Salt
  • 1 tea spoon pepper
  • 1 tea spoon Oregano
  • 1 tea spoon sage

Chicken seasonings:

  • Creole seasoning
  • Hot sauce
  • Bbq sauce
  • Ranch dipping sauce


Combine all the ingredients and brine it over night.

Drain all the water. Pat dry your chicken.

Season your chicken with creole seasoning lightly on each side.

Fry it till golden crispy.

Toss half of it in red hot sauce and other half in spicy bbq sauce. Serve with your favorite ranch, we like to eat them with blue cheese ranch
