Beets Salad


  • 2 cups Arugula And Spinach mix
  • 1 Cooked beet
  • 1 Pealed mandarins
  • 3 tea spoons Toasted walnuts
  • 3 table spoons Cranberry Goat cheese ( can use plain goat cheese)


  • 4 table spoons Olive oils
  • 1 table spoon Agave syrup
  • 1 garlic clove presses
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 table spoons Balsamic vinegar


Place your greens in a serving dish , place on top thinly sliced beets , pealed mandarin. Top it with nuts. Combine all your dressing ingredients and pour evenly over your salad and top with goat cheese.
