Deviled Eggs with Smoked Salmon


  • 5 boiled eggs
  • 1/2 tea spoon Russian mustard ( or spicy mustard)
  • 1 garlic clove pressed
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 5 table spoon mayo
  • 1 tea spoon dill
  • Smoked salmon
  • Cilantro leaves ( can use parsley)


  1. Cut each egg in half
  2. Remove the egg yolks
  3. Combing all the ingredients with egg yolks, mix it to purée consistency I use my nutibullet blender.
  4. Use a pipping bag to will in each egg white.
  5. Use small pieces of smoked salmon, roll it into small tube and place it top , than place a cilantro leaf to make it look like a carrot .
