Bloody Mary Grilled Chicken

I love this recipe because it is so simple, easy and flavorful.


  • 2 cups Bold and Spicy Bloody Mary Mix.
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • Package of chicken thighs
  • Half of bunch of Cilantro chopped ( about. 3 table spoons )
  • 1 Small Onion sliced
  • Pinch of salt and pepper if needed


The instruction couldn’t be easier. Thaw your chicken thighs, pour Bloody Mary mix. Add cilantro and onions. Season it lightly with a pinch of salt and pepper. Marinade for few hours or overnight. Grill till chicken is fully cooked. You can adjust this recipes for how ever big of a portion you would like all you have to do is make sure Bloody Mary mix is fully covering all the chicken.
