Hello, when do I add the 2 cups of chicken stock? I added some with the acv and it seems very watery?
Hi you add with the apple cider. It will seem watery but it will braise I’m the juices and most of it will evaporate and meat will absorb the rest 🙂
Hi Lily, I have a few questions: would you recommend using cast iron skillet for this dish, and also did this pork turn out dry at the end or was juicy? Thanks
I would recommend cast iron.. it wasn’t dry at all because it was in water
