Bbq Ribs


  • Two pork rib racks
  • Chicago steak seasoning
  • 1 jar of Budweiser Bbq sauce
  • Smoker


  1. Remove lining on the back of the rib.
  2. Season front and back of the rib with Chicago seasoning.
  3. Wrap each rib individually with foil and bake in oven at 300 for 2 1/2 hours
  4. Remove from the the foil brush ribs with Budweiser bbq sauce and put in smoker at 275 for 1 hour.
