Ingredients:
- Two pork rib racks
- Chicago steak seasoning
- 1 jar of Budweiser Bbq sauce
- Smoker
Instructions:
- Remove lining on the back of the rib.
- Season front and back of the rib with Chicago seasoning.
- Wrap each rib individually with foil and bake in oven at 300 for 2 1/2 hours
- Remove from the the foil brush ribs with Budweiser bbq sauce and put in smoker at 275 for 1 hour.
