Savory French Toast

This couldn’t be easier to make, and it is so good.

  • 4 English muffins cut in half
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tea spoon creole seasoning
  • 1 tea spoon garlic powder
  • Oil for frying
  • Smoked salmon for topping
  • Avocado for topping
  • Whipped cream cheese spread ( optional). I would get the chives one it is so good with it.

  1. Beat your eggs, with all the seasoning. Listed.
  2. Heat your frying pan with a little bit of oil.
  3. Dip each half of English muffin into the egg mixture and fry it on each side.
  4. Place onto paper towel for it to soak up any oil.
  5. Serve on a platter with your toppings or like my kids like to eat it as is.

AboutLily’s Cooking & Home

My story, I met the love of my life when I was 16 and two years later we were married. When we first got married I was not much of a cook, I would buy so many cook books and try recipes over and over again until it would turn out. I love to cook and create my own recipe also became a baker, I have also taken interest in doing home design and decor. In my blog I would love to share with you the recipes I create, recipes I find and love to share also tips for home decor and ideas.
