
- Tomato Basil soup
- White wine ( I used approx 1 cup )
- Cream cheese ( I did half of a package )
- Parmesan cheese ( I used 1 1/2 cups )
- Red pepper flakes
- Seafood of your choice ( I recommend to include crab meat )
- Thin spaghetti ( cooked )
- Fresh basil and Parmesan for topping
Instructions:
- Boil your left over soup ( or if you really wanna make this you can just use store bought tomato basil soup)
- Add your wine, let it boil for 3-5 min for alcohol to cook out.
- Add red pepper flakes.
- Add all the seafood, cream cheese and Parmesan. Mix and cook till all the seafood is cooked. ( seafood doesn’t take long at all, around 7 -10 min )
- Serve in a large bowl, seafood sauce first , than twirl your spaghetti on top.
- Top with basil and Parmesan
