Chimichurri Sauce

Chimichurri Sauce

Perfect for steak or Kabobs.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 bunch of parsley chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1 tea spoons lemon zest
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • 1 table spoon of Georgian Adjika
  • 2 garlic cloves pressed
  • 1 tea spoon chili paste
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Finely chop cilantro and parsley.
  2. Combine in a bowl all the ingredients.
  3. Refrigerate for 24 hours, or at-least few hours before serving.
