Perfect for steak or Kabobs.
- 1 bunch of cilantro finely chopped
- 1 bunch of parsley chopped
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil
- 1 tea spoons lemon zest
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
- 1 table spoon of Georgian Adjika
- 2 garlic cloves pressed
- 1 tea spoon chili paste
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Finely chop cilantro and parsley.
- Combine in a bowl all the ingredients.
- Refrigerate for 24 hours, or at-least few hours before serving.
