Beets and Tomato Salad

Simples beautiful salad



  1. Slice cooked beets and tomatoes in same size circles. Assemble on a serving platter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper on top.
  2. Make your dressing combine vinegar with oil and agave. Add pinch of salt and paper, and pressed garlic. Mix till all ingredients combined. Drizzle over tomatoes and beets.
  3. Top your beets and tomatoes with feta, chopped parsley and chopped hazelnuts. Make sure to toast your hazelnuts. They give out so much more flavor than raw nuts.
