Beyond delicious chicken pepperonata Dish that is so easy to make.
Ingredients
- 6 Pieces Chicken Thighs Boneless
- 2 Whole Bell peppers Use two different colors
- 1/2 Onions Sliced
- 1 Clove Garlic Pressed
- 3 Table spoons Dash - garlic and herb seasoning
- To taste Salt and pepper
- 2 Tea spoons Khmeli suneli Georgian spice
- 1 Table spoon Flour
- 14 oz Diced tomatoes with green chilies Can
- 3 Table spoons Butter For frying
- 1 Tea spoon Chicken base
- 2 Cups Water
- Chopped Parsley Garnish
Instructions
- Season each chicken thighs with garlic and herb seasoning also with salt and pepper
- In a deep skillet , sauté chicken thighs on each side with butter. When browned on each side remove from the pan.
- Slice bell peppers and onions in small strips. In the pan you were sautéing chicken add flour mix with all bits and butter in the pan than add sliced vegetables.
- Add chicken base, garlic.
Pour diced tomatoes and water. Add khmeli suneli and salt to taste.
- Place the chicken thighs back into the skillet over the vegetables, cover and let them cook for 20-25 min. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Best served over mashed potatoes or rice.
