Beets Deviled Egg Salad

A vibrant colorful spin on a deviled egg.
- 6 Count Hard boiled eggs Place eggs into boiling salted water boil for 6 min , drain the water pour cold water in and let it sit till cooled
- 1 Medium Cooked beet I cook mine in an instant pot for 20 min
- 2 Table spoons Mayo
- 2 Cloves Garlic Pressed
- Salt /pepper To taste
- Parsley Garnish
- Cook eggs than cook completely, peal the shells. Cut in half horizontally. Sprinkle egg yolks with pink of salt
- Grade cooked beet , mix with mayo, garlic and salt and pepper. Gently place a tea spoon of beets onto each egg leaving some egg white to be visible. Place a parsley leaf on top for garnish.
