A vibrant colorful spin on a deviled egg.



  1. Cook eggs than cook completely, peal the shells. Cut in half horizontally. Sprinkle egg yolks with pink of salt
  2. Grade cooked beet , mix with mayo, garlic and salt and pepper. Gently place a tea spoon of beets onto each egg leaving some egg white to be visible. Place a parsley leaf on top for garnish.
