Beets Deviled Egg Salad

A vibrant colorful spin on a deviled egg.

Ingredients

6 Count Hard boiled eggs Place eggs into boiling salted water boil for 6 min , drain the water pour cold water in and let it sit till cooled
1 Medium Cooked beet I cook mine in an instant pot for 20 min
2 Table spoons Mayo
2 Cloves Garlic Pressed
Salt /pepper To taste
Parsley Garnish

Instructions

Cook eggs than cook completely, peal the shells. Cut in half horizontally. Sprinkle egg yolks with pink of salt
Grade cooked beet , mix with mayo, garlic and salt and pepper. Gently place a tea spoon of beets onto each egg leaving some egg white to be visible. Place a parsley leaf on top for garnish.
