    Super easy recipe for a perfect Pavlova!

    1. Beat three egg whites (make sure they are at room temp) with a pinch of cream of tartar at low speed. When you start at low speed to help the air bubbles to come out from the eggs.
    2. Increase your speed to medium and slowly little by little add one cup of sugar. Beat for 8 min total.
    3. reduce the speed to low, add 1 tbsp cornstarch, beat for a min than add 1 tsp vinegar beat for 2 min. the egg whites will be shiny. Add few drops of red food coloring beat till all combined. Preheat oven to 225 degrees
    4. using a piping bag and a round piping tip , pipe your hearts leaving 2 inch space in between , I use left over mixture to pipe little to drops for kids to eat as a treat. Bake for 1 hour and 40 min. Turn off the oven. (DON'T open the oven) let it cool completely for few hours at least.
    5. To make the cream beat together soft cream Cheese with heavy cream and powder sugar till stiff peaks.
    6. use one meringue pipe little stars or whatever piping tip you would like ti use. top with small chopped fruits. Take a second meringue spread a little cream on the bottom of it and place on top of the fruit. The cream on bottom will help it from sliding.
    7. Pipe cream on top of the meringue. To decorate it : Cut a strawberry in fourth use two to overlap each other on top. Add one raspberry and couple blueberries. Cut a coconut forrero in half place one half on the side. Add one edible rose and some pretty sprinkles.
