It should work . As long as it’s a good quality bread flour
I followed the recipe exactly with exact measurements (dry measuring cup for flour and a Pyrex liquid measuring cup for the water but my dough wasn’t shaggy/sticky as I’ve seen in videos. Any idea why that might happen? I ended up adding a tiny bit more water, but I was afraid to add too much.
What brand flour did you use ? It should be pretty sticky
