Place Three condensed milk cans into an instant pot with wrapper removed on top of a metal rack. Fill instant pot with water covering the cans and seal with a lid. Click on selection pressure cook High and change the time to 30 min. It can take a while to heat until the timer starts, don’t panic! Once time is up release the air as you normally would or leave it alone till it does it on its own. remove the cans from the pot and set aside to cool. When cooled you can open the lid and use it. Do not open hot cans.
