Smoked Salmon dip

Ingredients

  • 4 oz smoked salmon – bought mine at Fred Meyer
  • 8 oz softened Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of Mayo
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Capers
  • 1 tsp chopped Dill
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp Hot Horseradish
  • smoked salmon piece and dill as garnish optional
  • Crostini bread toasted or crackers ( best with crostini)

Instructions

  1. in a food processor combine all the ingredients except salmon, pulse till combined.
  2. Take skin off smoked salmon and brake in smaller pieces, add to the food processor. Pulse few times to give it a rough chop
  3. Cut crostini bread , drizzle with olive oil and toast in oven. After bake take one garlic clove trim the top off and rub on each toast to give extra flavor.
  4. sever dip with crostini , crackers and cucumbers for a variety. For a prettier presentation place a salmon piece on top and dill for ppl to have an idea what’s inside the dip
